摘 要:通过岩心驱油试验研究了酸液体系的分流特性,分两步开发出了最佳的复合酸液体系。利用多基酸体系进行了平行岩心驱油试验,考察了选定的乳化酸体系作为流体封隔器和分流器的能力。结果表明:乳化酸体系能有效地将主体酸从渗透率较高的岩心转移到渗透率较低的岩心;研制的多元酸液吞吐系统能够对产层渗透率差异较大的多层井进行增产。此外,发现15%的盐酸和0.5%的表面活性剂(GF-15MPS)的混合物具有最佳的反应速率和溶解速率。通过模拟井中实际执行的基质酸化作业,研制了自转式乳化酸DBS。通过岩心驱油实验对所研制的多元酸液体系的增产效果进行了评价。结果表明:所研制的多元酸液体系对产层渗透率差异较大的非均质碳酸盐岩油藏具有明显的增产效果,可以更均匀地完成两层(渗透率不同)的增产。The diversion characteristics of the acid-liquid system were studied through the core flooding test, and the optimal composite acid-liquid system was developed in two steps. Parallel core flooding experiments were conducted using a polybasic acid system to examine the ability of the selected emulsified acid system to act as a fluid packer and diverter. The results showed that the emulsified acid system could effectively transfer the bulk acid from the higher permeability core to the lower permeability core. The developed multi-acid fluid huff and puff system could stimulate the production of multi-layer wells with large differences in the permeability of the pay zone. Furthermore, a mixture of 15% hydrochloric acid and 0.5% surfactant(GF-15MPS) was found to have the best reaction rate and dissolution rate. By simulating the actual matrix acidification operations performed in the well, the self-rotating emulsified acid DBS was developed. The stimulation effect of the developed multi-acid system was evaluated by the core flooding experiment, and the results showed that the developed multi-acid system had obvious effect on heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs with large differences in production layer permeability. The production increase effect of the two layers(different permeability) could be completed more uniformly.
