摘  要:涩北气田随着开发的深入,出水、出砂加剧,地层压力下降,部分产层亏空,修井作业压井液的漏失严重。通过历年陆续在涩北气田开展固化水类、暂堵类、泡沫类等3类体系压井液的试验工作,不断优化改进,形成低伤害无固相压井液,同时又引进并试验采油用冲砂暂堵剂压井液。结合两种主体压井液体系性能参数,针对不同气井压力系数、水侵程度、地层水矿化度,建立压井液优选方案。研究表明:低伤害无固相压井液随着黄原胶质量配比的增加,压井液的黏度逐渐上升,为方便现场使用,黏度须小于200s,黄原胶集增黏、悬浮性能于一体,达到增加压井液黏度、降低流动性、提高携砂能力的目的,从而减小压井液的漏失。冲砂暂堵剂压井液抗盐性差,遇盐水易破胶,因此仅能用淡水作为基液,不适用于压力系数高的盐水基液井。涩北气田储层保护工艺的研究进一步丰富涩北气田压井液工艺技术系列,为涩北气田低压气井储层保护技术提供发展方向和优化空间。With the development of Sebei gas field, water production and sand production have intensified, formation pressure has dropped, some production layers have been deficient, and the loss of kill fluid in workover operations has been serious. Through the continuous testing of three types of well-killing fluids including solidified water, temporary plugging, and foam in Sebei Gas Field over the years, low-damage and solid-free well-killing fluid was developed by continuous optimization and improvement. At the same time, the well-killing fluid of sand flushing temporary plugging agent for oil production was introduced and tested. Combined with the performance parameters of the two main killing fluid systems, an optimal killing fluid scheme was established for different gas well pressure coefficients, water invasion degrees, and formation water salinity. The studies shown that,with the increase of the mass ratio of xanthan gum, the viscosity of the killing fluid with low damage and no solid phase gradually increased. For the convenience of on-site use, the viscosity must be less than 200 s. It was integrated to achieve the purpose of increasing the viscosity of the killing fluid, reducing the fluidity, and improving the sand-carrying capacity, thereby reducing the loss of the killing fluid. Sand flushing temporary plugging agent kill fluid had poor salt resistance and was easy to break gel in salt water.Therefore, only fresh water could be used as the base fluid, and it was not suitable for salt water-based fluid wells with high pressure coefficient. The research on reservoir protection technology of Sebei Gas Field has further enriched the series of well kill fluid technology in Sebei Gas Field, providing development direction and optimization space for the reservoir protection technology of low pressure gas wells in Sebei gas field.
