摘 要:为了改善扬声器支片断裂的问题,从支片基材、含浸胶波美度以及支片的波纹结构等方面进行分析,同时对支片材料的拉伸性能进行对比。结果表明,纱支更粗的100支Conex比120支Conex支片具有更好的抗拉强度,也不会出现浆纱现象,100支Conex支片对应的扬声器在功率试验后未出现支片断裂的情况。通过增加振纹数量和减小振纹深度可以改善支片的断裂问题,但功率试验后对应的位移增加了0.6 mm,位移的变化比100支Conex支片方案增加了一倍。改善方案优选调整基材和波美度的方案,满足了项目的可靠性要求。In order to improve the fracture of the speaker support, this paper analyzes the support base material, the Baume degree with dipping glue and the corrugated structure of the support, and compares the tensile properties of the support materials. The results showed that the 100 Conex with thicker yarn had better tensile strength than the 120 Conex, and the phenomenon of sizing not appeared.The speaker with 100 Conex was not fractured after power test. The fracture of the spider could also be improved by increasing the number of vibration marks and decreasing the depth of vibration marks. However, the corresponding displacement increased by 0.6 mm after power test, and the change of displacement was twice that of the 100 Conex spider. Base material and baume degree were preferred for improvement scheme, which met the reliability requirements of the project.
