However, the stability of program broadcasting is still a major problem that puzzles the development of the industry. In view of this, this paper discusses the application of cognitive radio technology in the field of radio and television monitoring from the perspective of cognitive radio technology in the field of radio and television, combined with the interference and monitoring business of radio and television, in order to provide suggestions for the healthy and stable development of the radio and television industry.
