摘　　要：针对盐酸生产中尾气排放不达标、成品酸中游离氯超标的问题,给出改造措施。工艺改造后,不仅解决了存在的问题,而且由于关闭了1台循环水泵而降低了电耗。In view of the problems that the tail gas emitted in hydrochloric acid production did not meet the standard and the free chlorine in the finished acid exceeded the standard,the transformation measures were given.After the implementation of process transformation,not only the existing problems were solved,but also the power consumption was reduced due to the stop of a circulating water pump.
