摘 要:在全球许多国家,非营利性的住房合作社,是可负担的住房和社会住房的主要供应者之一,也是住区设计创新的推动力。在城市化和新冠疫情的背景下,住房合作社正变得越来越重要。中国,也是国际合作社运动的参与者。然而,在中文文献里介绍合作社开发的住区案例时,常模糊不清地把“合作社住房”称为“合作住房”“众筹建房”“社会住房”“保障性住房”等,缺乏对这一价值驱动的公司模式的准确理解。本文尝试填补这一认知空白,简要介绍住房合作社的组织模式、发展概况,并指出它对反思新自由主义和当下危机的意义。In many countries around the world,non-profit housing cooperatives are one of the major providers of affordable housing and social housing.They are also driving force for innovation in settlement design.In the context of urbanisation and the Covid-19 pandemic,housing cooperatives are becoming increasingly important.China is also a participant in the international cooperative movement.However,in the Chinese literature,when presenting examples of cooperativly developed settlements,the term "cooperative housing" is often vaguely referred to as co-operative housing","crowdfunded housing","social housing" or "affordable housing" etc.,lacking an accurate understanding of this valuedriven enterprise.This paper attempts to fill this cognitive gap by outlining the organizational model and development of housing cooperatives,pointing out its significance for reflecting on neoliberalism and the current crisis.
