摘 要:某生物创新园项目作为研发厂房,其高层厂房标准柱网的规格为9.0m×9.0m;针对不同的用途,其楼面活荷载分别为3kN/m^(2)、8kN/m^(2)。本文以此项目的高层厂房结构为例,借助YJK软件(建筑结构设计软件)对不同荷载的楼盖进行结构计算,并结合计算结果和业主需求综合分析该项目的建筑功能及楼盖的经济性,进而对不同功能和荷载区域的楼盖形式给出合理建议。A biological innovation park project is used as a research and development plant, and the specification of the standard column grid of its highrise plant is 9.0m×9.0m. For different purposes, the floor live load is 3kN/m^(2), 8kN/m^(2). In this paper, the high-rise plant building structure of this project is taken as an example, and the structural calculation of the floors with different loads is carried out by using YJK software(Building Structure Design Software).Combined with the calculation results and the owner’s needs, the architectural function and the economy of the floor of the project are comprehensively analyzed,and then reasonable suggestions are given for the floor forms of different functions and load areas.
