摘　　要：本文以彭湃烈士在沪革命活动地点保护性修缮工程为例,对其屋面修缮的关键技术及工艺进行了研究和总结。此次修缮不仅达到了保护建筑的效果,同时还原了该建筑的历史原有风貌,提高了屋面结构的安全性和防水性能。因此,本工程所运用的修缮工艺及施工经验对同类工程具有参考和借鉴意义。Taking the protective restoration of Martyrs Peng Pai at Shanghai revolutionary sites as an example, this paper studies and summarizes the key technologies and processes of roof restoration. This restoration not only achieves the effect of protecting the building, but also restores the original historical style of the building and improves the safety and waterproof performance of the roof structure. Therefore, the repair process and construction experience used in this project have reference significance for similar projects.
