摘　　要：拟态弧菌(Vibrio mimicus,V.mimicus)是一种重要的人和水生动物共患病原菌,该菌不仅能引起水生动物的溃疡病、腹水病等,也能引起人的腹泻、中耳炎等,严重威胁公共卫生安全。文章主要从病原学、临床特征、国内外流行现状、诊断检测技术、致病机理、防控技术等方面对拟态弧菌进行综述,旨在为有效防控拟态弧菌提供参考。(Vibrio mimicus, V.mimicus) is an important pathogen of human and aquatic animals. It can not only cause ulcer disease and ascites disease in aquatic animals, but also cause diarrhea and otitis media in humans, which threatens public health safety seriously. In order to provide reference for effective prevention and control of V.mimicus, this paper reviewed the etiology, clinical characteristics, epidemic status at home and abroad, diagnosis and detection technology, pathogenic mechanism, and prevention and control technology of vibrio mimicry.
