摘 要:为了探究在日粮中添加胍基乙酸(GAA)对中国荷斯坦公牛生长性能和血液指标的影响,试验将40头2月龄断奶体重接近的健康中国荷斯坦公牛分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验组(基础日粮中添加0.5%的GAA),每组20头,试验期为485 d(2020年7月份—2021年10月份)。在试验期第1,90,275,335,485天称重,并计算平均日增重;在试验期第275,460,485天采血,测定血清生化指标和激素水平。结果表明:在日粮中添加0.5%的GAA可极显著提高中国荷斯坦公牛的第485天体重和全期的平均日增重(P<0.01);极显著提高第485天时血清中总蛋白(TP)含量(P<0.01),极显著降低血清中三酰甘油(TG)含量(P<0.01),极显著提高血清中胰岛素(INS)水平(P<0.01),显著提高血清中生长激素(GH)水平(P<0.05)。说明在日粮中添加0.5%的GAA可促进中国荷斯坦公牛生长,减少脂肪沉积。The aim of this experiment was to explore the effects of guanidine acetic acid on growth performance and blood indices of Holstein bulls.A total of 40 2-month-old healthy holstein bulls with similar weight were divided into control group(fed a basal diet) and experimental group(fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.5%GAA additive) with 20 bulls in each group. The experiment lasted for 485 days(2020.07—2021.10). On the 1 st, 90 th, 275 th, 335 th and 485 th days of the experiment, the cattle was weighed and the average daily gain was calculated. On the 275 th, 460 th and 48 th days of the experiment, blood samples were collected for determination serum biochemical indexes and hormone levels. The results showed that adding 0.5% of GAA in the diet significantly increased the body weight on day 485 and daily gain(P<0.01) during the whole experiment period, extremely significantly increased the serum TP content(P<0.01), significantly decreased serum TG content(P<0.01), extremely significantly increased the serum INS level(P<0.01), and significantly increased the content of GH in serum(P<0.05). These results indicated that adding 0.5% GAA in the diet could promote the growth and reduce fat deposition of Chinese holstein bulls.
