摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus disease 2019,COVID⁃19)所引发的全球大流行已导致上亿人确诊,但至今尚无安全有效的治疗药物。膜蛋白(Membrane protein,M)作为冠状病毒颗粒中最丰富的结构蛋白,在同其它结构蛋白间相互作用、病毒粒子的组装释放和机体免疫应答方面有重要的作用,是抗病毒药物研发和疫苗设计的重要靶点之一。本综述重点介绍了膜蛋白的结构、生物学功能、先天及适应性免疫应答和相关靶向抑制剂,以期加强对新型冠状病毒(Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS⁃CoV⁃2)膜蛋白研究现状的全面了解,助力相关药物的研发和防治新策略的建立。The pandemic of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID⁃19)has caused more than 10 million people being infected worldwide.However,there is no safe and efficacious drugs to cure this disease.As the most abundant structural protein in coronavirus,Membrane protein(M)plays an important part in interacting with other structural proteins,assembling and releasing virions,and regulating the host immune responses.It has been considered as one of the critical targets for drug and vaccine developments.In this review,we focused on the recent research progresses on biological functions,innate and adaptive immune responses,and potential inhibitors for M protein,aiming to enhance our understanding on the overall functions of M protein that should be crucial for development of therapeutic drug and new preventive strategies.
