摘　　要：共青团自成立伊始就提出了管团治团的任务,确立了一切从严的工作基调。站在新的历史方位上,“全面从严治团”成为了共青团在新时代面临的新现实课题,其中的“严”贯穿于治团的政治领导、思想引领、组织效能提升、领导干部管理、团员队伍建设、制度体系构建等各环节中。新形势下,继续将这一任务向前推进还需要理清“谁来治”“治什么”与“怎么治”的根本问题,将“全“”严“”治”贯穿于全面从严治团的全过程各方面,进而推动新时代团的工作和建设质量全面提升。Since the founding of the Communist Youth League,it has put forward the task of governing the organization and has set the tone of strict governance over the League.Standing in a new historical position,“Full and Strict Governance over the League”has become a new realistic issue faced by the Communist Youth League in the new era.“Strictness”runs through the whole links,including political leadership,ideological guidance,organizational effectiveness improvement,leadership management,team building of League member,institutional system construction.Under the new situation,in order to continue this task,it is necessary to fi gure out the fundamental issues of“who will govern”,“what to govern”and“how to govern”,and to incorporate the requirements of“comprehensive”,“strictness”and“governance”throughout the entire process.Therefore,we can promote the overall improvement of the work and construction quality of the Communist Youth League in the new era.
