摘  要:文中以胡杨雌、雄株为研究对象,研究同一生境条件下胡杨雌雄株枝叶形态特征随径阶和冠层高度的变化规律及雌雄差异。结果表明:胡杨雌雄株的叶面积、叶干重和叶鲜重与径阶和冠层高度呈极显著正相关,比叶面积、枝条长度和每枝叶片数与径阶和冠层高度呈极显著负相关,叶片厚度、枝条粗度、枝干重、每枝平均叶面积和总叶面积与冠层高度呈显著正相关,随径阶和冠层高度的增加雌雄株均表现出更加明显的耐旱性特征。同一径阶下雄株的叶面积、叶片厚度及每枝总叶面积显著大于雌株;同一冠层高度下雄株的叶面积、比叶面积、每枝平均叶面积和总叶面积显著大于雌株,枝条长度显著小于雌株,表明雄株具有较强的资源获取、储存养分及防御能力。总之,随径阶和冠层高度的增加雌雄株均表现出当年生枝短而粗,且叶片大而厚、叶片数和比叶面积减小等有利于提高对资源的获取、利用及减少蒸腾失水的防御型策略,但雄株可能具有更强的适应干旱环境的能力。这可为雌雄株的资源分配模式的不同提供理论支撑。In this study,we investigated the variation of leaf morphology characteristics with developmental stage and canopy height in both male and female Populus euphratica plants under the same habitat conditions,and the differences between males and females.The results show that leaf area,dry weight and fresh weight of both sexes were positively correlated with developmental stage and canopy height,while leaf area,branch length and number of leaves per branch were negatively correlated with developmental stage and canopy height,and leaf thickness,branch thickness,branch weight,average leaf area per branch and total leaf area were positively correlated with canopy height.Both sexes showed a more pronounced arid structure with increasing developmental stage and canopy height.The leaf area,leaf thickness and total leaf area per branch of male plants were significantly larger than those of female plants at the same developmental stage,while the leaf area,specific leaf area,average leaf area per branch and total leaf area of male plants were significantly larger than those of female plants at the same canopy height,and the branch length was significantly smaller than that of female plants,indicating that male plants have a stronger capacity for resource acquisition,nutrient storage and defence.In conclusion,with increasing developmental stage and canopy height,both male and female plants exhibited shorter and thicker annual branches,larger and thicker leaves,reduced leaf number and specific leaf area,and other defensive strategies to improve resource acquisition,and utilisation,and reduce transpiration water loss,but male plants may have a greater ability to adapt to drought conditions.The results of the study may provide a theoretical basis to support the difference in resource allocation pattern between male and female plants.
