摘　　要：村域是中国农村社会经济活动的基本单元。开展旅游引导的乡村振兴绩效评价对推进地方乡村发展水平和落实乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。以“机制解析—案例选取—乡村绩效评价—模式总结”为研究主线,基于旅游业推动乡村振兴逻辑,采用深度访谈、问卷调查、AHP-熵值法与加权平均等方法,以“景—村”互补性资源较典型的山西省云丘山村为例,评价旅游引导的乡村振兴绩效水平,提出优化建议并总结其发展模式。结果表明:1)当前云丘山村乡村振兴绩效综合得分为96.57分,处于优等等级,其中旅游业在产业兴旺和生活富裕方面有显著推动作用,但对乡村治理成效影响较弱。2)在旅游业高效推动产业和生活的同时,云丘山村特别要建立、创新人才引进机制,加大教育投资力度,优化社区参与制度、强化旅游管理和数字化赋能乡村治理等。3)案例地旅游引导乡村振兴发展模式可归纳为:党建引领,村庄合并,村企融合,居民参与,以旅游业为动力,推动实现乡村振兴。其中基层党建统筹、企业即景区能人任书记的作用突出。Village area is the basic unit of social and economic activities in rural China.The performance evaluation of rural revitalization guided by tourism is of great significance to promote the local rural development level and implement the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the logic that tourism industry promotes rural revitalization,taking"mechanism analysis-case selection-rural performance evaluation-model summary"as the main research line,Yunqiu mountain village,Shanxi province with typical"scenic spot-village"complementary resources as an example,methods of depth-interview,questionnaire surveys,AHP-entropy and weighted average are adopted to evaluate the performance level of rural revitalization guided by tourism industry,then the optimal suggestions are put forward according to the results.The results show that:1)The current comprehensive score of rural revitalization performance in Yunqiu mountain village is at an excellent level.The tourism industry plays a significant role in promoting industrial prosperity and life affluency,but it has a weak effect on rural governance.2)While tourism industry efficiently promotes regional industries and life,Yunqiu village should particularly establish and innovate mechanisms for bringing in talents,increase investment to education,optimize the community participation mechanism,strengthen tourism management and digitally empower rural governance.3)The development model of tourism-guided rural revitalization in the case can be summarized as follows:Party construction guidance,village merger,village enterprise integration,resident participation,and taking tourism as the driving force to promote rural revitalization.Among them,both the roles of overall planning capability of grass-roots party construction and capable people in hotshot enterprise working as a secretary are prominent.
