摘 要:煤矿井下钻孔会排出大量的煤粉和岩渣,每班排出的渣土都需要人工转运至输送带,根据钻孔深度的不同排出的渣土量也不尽相同,通常一个班的钻孔量所产生的渣土需要2或3人清理约1 h,不仅占用大量的时间,同时也增大了工人的劳动强度。为此,设计一种螺旋排渣器,将孔内排出的渣土传输至输送带,减轻工人劳动强度,提高钻孔作业工作效率。A large amount of pulverized coal and rock slag will be discharged from the underground drilling of coal mine. The slag discharged by each shift needs to be manually transferred to the conveyor belt. The amount of slag discharged varies according to the drilling depth. Usually the slag generated by the drilling volume of one shift needs 2 or 3 persons to clean up for about 1 h, which not only takes a lot of time, but also increases the labor intensity of workers. Therefore, a spiral slag discharge device was designed to transfer the slag and soil discharged from the hole to the conveyor belt, reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency of drilling operation.
