摘 要:针对煤矿井下水仓空间狭小、环境恶劣及井下煤泥脱水设备体积大等问题,设计了一种小型高频泥水分离振动筛,以适应并完成井下清仓后煤泥脱水任务。通过Solid Works创建了小型高频泥水分离振动筛的三维模型,通过ADAMS对其运动状态进行了模拟和分析,并利用ANSYS Workbench进行振动模态分析,使用LMS Test.Lab对该振动筛进行了模态试验及运行状态下的振动试验。结果表明:设计的小型振动筛符合泥水分离振动筛的要求,并通过现场测试得出了该振动筛能满足井下清仓后煤泥脱水处理的任务。Aiming at the problems of small space and harsh environment of underground water bin in coal mine and large size of underground coal slurry dewatering equipment, a small high frequency mud and water separation vibrating screen was designed to adapt and complete the task of coal slurry dewatering after underground bin cleaning. The three-dimensional model of the small high frequency mud and water separation vibrating screen was created by SolidWorks, its motion state was simulated and analyzed by ADAMS, the vibration modal analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench, and the modal experiment and the vibration experiment under the operation state were carried out by LMS Test.Lab for the vibrating screen. The results show that the designed small vibrating screen meets the requirements of mud and water separation vibrating screen, and the conclusion that the vibrating screen can meet the dewatering treatment of coal mud after underground clearance is reached through field test.
