摘 要:建立CST减速器箱体有限元模型,对其进行模态、谐响应和瞬态动力学分析,得到箱体固有振动特性以及关键点的位移频率曲线和振动加速度曲线。对箱体进行了振动特性试验,测取多个关键点的力学数据。综合有限元分析和试验结果可得,箱体在第1阶和第3阶模态频率下工作时容易发生共振。在进行齿轮箱壳体设计时,其固有频率应避开齿轮传动系统的齿轮啮合频率和轴回转频率,从而避免共振的产生。The finite element model of CST reducer housing was established. The modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient dynamics analysis were carried out, and the natural frequency,displacement frequency curve and vibration acceleration curve of the key points were obtained. A vibration characteristic experiment was carried out, and the vibration acceleration data of multiple key points were measured. Combined with finite element analysis and experimental results, it can be obtained that the box is prone to resonance when working at the first and third order modal frequencies. When designing the gear box, its matural frequency should avoid the gear meshing frequency and shaft rotation frequency of the gear transmission system, so as to avoid resonance.
