摘 要:为提升矿用自卸车动力性能、满足作业过程特殊工况需求,对220 t矿用自卸车牵引系统控制策略进行分析。设计基于转速逻辑门、特殊行驶状态的控制策略,确定不同决策下脚踏板指令与控制目标的关系,分析启动、恒转矩、恒功率、制动、转向、打滑特殊工况的牵引控制策略。设计驱动电机对拖试验,验证牵引控制策略的正确性和有效性,能够提升矿用自卸车动力性能并满足特定工况需求。In order to improve the power performance of mine dump trucks and meet the requirements of special working conditions in the operation process, the control strategy of the traction system of 220 t mine dump trucks was analyzed. The control strategies were designed based on speed logic gates and special driving state, determined the relationship between pedal commands and control targets under different decisions, and analyzed traction control strategies for special operating conditions such as starting, constant torque, constant power, braking, steering, and skidding. Designed a drive motor towing test to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the traction control strategy, which can improve the power performance of the mine dump truck and meet the requirements of specific working conditions.
