摘 要:焊缝位置由于焊接残余应力的影响存在较大的应力集中,一般为机械结构的薄弱点,在受到交变载荷时容易发生疲劳断裂,导致安全事故的发生。对液压支架立柱缸体吊环扣焊缝疲劳性能进行研究,对几种不同缸体材料的焊缝结构进行疲劳测试,获得焊缝位置的疲劳寿命曲线。根据宏观裂纹位置和微观断口形貌,分析疲劳断裂机理,比较不同材料和不同机械结构焊缝的性能,寻找提高液压支架实际工作寿命的方法。Due to the influence of welding residual stress, the welding seam had serious stress concentration,which was generally the weak point of mechanical structure. When subjected to alternating load, fatigue fracture was easy to occur, leading to the occurrence of safety accidents. The fatigue properties of welding seam of hoisting ring of hydraulic support column cylinder were studied. The fatigue life curve of welding seam was obtained by the fatigue test of welding seam structure of several different cylinder materials. According to the macroscopic crack position and microscopic fracture morphology, the fatigue fracture mechanism was analyzed, and welding properties of different materials and different mechanical structures were compared, so as to find a way to improve the actual working life of hydraulic support.
