摘  要:为了改进和解决现阶段煤矿井下管路安装的方式和产生的问题,减少管路安装过程中的安全隐患,以陕煤集团神木柠条塔煤矿为例,通过分析该煤矿井下巷道管路的安装概况和安装特点,研制出一种具备自主行走能力且有抓取、举升、对接功能和自动升降平台的机械化起吊设备。该设备可以减少作业人员的数量,同时确保高效安装和作业人员安全。其次,以设备的安全性为出发点,对该设备进行力学分析,并对抓取机械臂进行有限元分析,得到的结果符合实际工程情况,验证了设备的可靠性和安全性,并为类似条件的巷道管路安装技术提供了理论依据和技术支持。In order to improve and solve the methods and problems during the underground pipeline installation of coal mine and reduce the safety hazards during pipeline installationat the present stage,taking Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Shenmu Ningtiaota coal mine as the example, developed a mechanized lifting equipment with autonomous walking ability, grabbing, lifting, docking function and lifting platform by analyzing the installation situation and characteristics of underground roadway pipeline in the coal mine. This equipment could reduce the number of the operators and ensure efficient installation and the safety of operators. Secondly, taking the safety of the equipment as the starting point, the mechanical analysis of the equipment and the finite element analysis of the mechanical arm were carried out. The results met with the actual engineering situation and verified the reliability and safety of the equipment, which provides the oretical basis and technical support for pipeline installation under similar construction conditions.
