摘  要:针对三工位开关操作时需要传动、定位、手动操作时闭锁及位置指示的问题,基于齿轮传动、凸轮定位、凸轮棘轮组合限位闭锁及操作选择指示设计了一种三工位开关操动机构,实现了开关接地-分-合的灵活切换及准确定位,并通过限位闭锁及位置指示有效避免了三工位开关的过操作及误操作,保证了三工位开关的可靠性,并应用在了现有工程中的气体绝缘开关设备中,取得了良好的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of transmission, positioning, locking and position indication during manual operation of three-position switch, a three-position switch operating mechanism was designed based on gear transmission, cam positioning, cam ratchet combined limit locking and operation selection indication, which realizes the flexible switching and accurate positioning of switch grounding, opening and closing. The over operation and misoperation of the three-position switch are effectively avoided through limit locking and position indication, and the reliability of the three-position switch is guaranteed. It has been applied to the gas insulated switchgear in the existing project and achieved good economic benefits.
