摘  要:在液压支架当中箱体结构形式的推杆是一种应用较多的类型,但是对于薄煤层的生产开采而言,这种结构的适用性不强。引入了适用于薄煤层的实心推杆,这种结构可以很好地缓解薄煤层生产过程中对于推杆箱体在高度和强度方面的要求。通过计算校验了该结构的可行性,并将该种结构推杆应用在实际项目中。结果表明,该结构较为稳固,可以满足使用需求,取得了良好的效果,为大工作阻力薄煤层支架新结构推杆研究提供了参考。The box structure type relay bar of the hydraulic support is common in use, but the box structure in the thin coal seam has certain limitations. Introduced a solid relay bar suitable for thin coal seam. This structure solves the problem of small height and high strength for the box structure type relay bar. Verified by calculation to verify the feasibility of the structure, and the solid relay bar was applied to the actual project. The results show that the structure reliability stable, can meet the use requirements and achieved good results. It provides a reference for the research direction of the new structure relay bar of the large working resistance thin coal seam support.
