摘 要:龙华矿在综采工作面设备改造基础上,克服过空斜巷、垂直空巷和平行空巷等开采难题,构建了400 m超长工作面。为实现智能化、少人化超长工作面,对多传感器信息融合定位、协同控制、刮板输送机煤流调速等关键技术进行了研究,设计了超长综采工作面智能控制系统,可以实现井下控制中心与地面调度室的远程监控。该系统包含了电液控制子系统、运输三机通信子系统、智能刮板输送机控制子系统、采煤机控制通信子系统、采煤机精确定位子系统、工作面视频子系统、工作面人员识别子系统、泵站集中控制子系统、在线故障诊断子系统。该智能化工作面的建设不仅提高了生产效率,还为矿井节能、降耗积累了宝贵经验,为我国智能化超长工作面开采提供了借鉴。Based on the equipment transformation of fully mechanized mining face, Longhua mine overcame the mining problems of inclined goaf, vertical goaf and parallel goaf, and built a 400 m ultralong working face. In order to realize the intelligent and few-humanized ultra-long working face, the key technologies such as multi-sensor information fusion positioning, collaborative control and coal flow speed regulation of scraper conveyor were studied. The intelligent control system of ultra-long fully mechanized mining face was designed, which can realize the remote monitoring between underground control center and ground dispatching room. The intelligent control system includes electro-hydraulic control subsystem, transport three-machine communication subsystem, intelligent scraper conveyor control subsystem, shearer control communication subsystem, shearer precise positioning subsystem,working face video subsystem, working face personnel identification subsystem, pump station centralized control subsystem, online fault diagnosis subsystem. The construction of the intelligent working face not only improves the production efficiency, but also explores valuable experience for mine energy saving and consumption reduction, and provides reference for intelligent ultra-long working face mining in China.
