摘　　要：针对中小型煤矿企业设备存在维修时间不科学、维修成本过高等问题,基于机械设备劣化性质的特点和以可靠性为中心的现代维修理论,以大修周期时间区间内工作的煤矿设备为研究对象,分别从自营性检修成本及综合考虑自营性检修成本和大修外包成本控制影响两方面建立了预防性维修优化模型,利用非线性优化工具实现优化求解,确定设备在不同维修管理战略下检修优化策略。以煤矿某设备相关数据为例,计算出2种模型优化下该设备不同的预防性维修次数和维修周期。结果表明:基于劣化性质的设备采用非等周期预防性维修策略比等周期的维修成本更低;当设备大修需要外包时,考虑大修外包成本控制影响制定的维修策略更有利于维修成本的降低,可为不同维修管理战略的设备制定最佳维修策略提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of unscientific maintenance time and high maintenance costs for equipment in small and medium coal mining enterprises, based on the nature and characteristics of mechanical equipment degradation, modern maintenance theory centered on reliability, took coal mine equipment working within the time interval of the overhaul cycle as research object, the preventive maintenance optimization models have been established from the perspectives of self-operated maintenance costs and comprehensive consideration of the effects of self-operated maintenance costs and overhaul outsourcing cost control. Non-linear optimization tools were used to achieve optimization solutions and determine the equipment overhaul optimization strategy under different maintenance management strategies.Taking the relevant data of a certain equipment in a coal mine as an example, the different preventive maintenance times and maintenance cycles of the equipment under the optimization of the two models were calculated. The results show that the non-equal cycle preventive maintenance strategy for equipment based on the nature of deterioration is lower than the equal cycle maintenance cost;when equipment overhaul needs to be outsourced, the maintenance strategy formulated taking into account the impact of overhaul outsourcing cost control is more conducive to the reduction of maintenance costs, which can provide a reference basis for formulating the best maintenance strategy for equipment with different maintenance management strategies.
