摘  要:为了解决矿井设备运转过程中由制动故障导致生产事故的问题,利用本安型霍尔传感器设计了一套启动控制装置。在制动系统上安装霍尔传感器监测制动闸的开合来控制设备的启停。当霍尔传感器没有反馈信号时,设备制动系统无法正常运行,设备不能开机;在霍尔传感器反馈信号后设备正常启动。目前在矿井制动系统中应用效果良好,杜绝了因制动闸误动作造成的生产事故。In order to solve the problem of the production accident caused by the brake fault during the operation of the mine equipment, a set of starting control device was designed by using the intrinsic safety type Hall sensor. The Hall sensor is installed on the brake system to monitor the opening and closing of the brake to control the start and stop of the equipment. When the Hall sensor does not give a feedback signal, the equipment brake system can not operate normally and the equipment can not be turned on;after the Hall sensor feedbacks signal, the equipment starts normally. At present its application has good effect in the mine brake system, which avoides the production accident caused by the brake misoperation.
