摘 要:针对井下主排水装置故障发生率高、可靠程度低、需要经常维修和轮换的问题,介绍了实际中常用的离心泵预测方法的基本流程,针对其缺点和不足,提出了一种改进的离心泵预测方法,其预测针对的是设备出现故障后恢复正常运行时设备的寿命,即根据设备的故障类型对设备的剩余寿命进行相应折减。Aiming at the problems of high failure probability and low reliability of underground main drainage device which requires frequent maintenance and rotation, introduced the basic flow of the prediction method of centrifugal pump commonly used in practice, and then according to its shortcomings and deficiencies, proposed an improved prediction method of centrifugal pump, which is aimed at the life of the equipment when it resumes normal operation after a fault occurs, that is, the remaining life of the equipment is correspondingly reduced according to the type of equipment fault.
