摘 要:用数据包络分析方法(DEA),从静态和动态两个角度对“十三五”期间我国25个建筑业上市企业科技创新效率进行测算,并采用托宾(Tobit)模型对科技创新的影响因素进行探究。结果表明,企业科技创新效率的进步得益于技术进步的增长,其退步是受纯技术效率降低的影响;民营和国有企业在科技创新效率上存在差异;企业规模和税收负担对科技创新效率具有促进作用,政府补助对科技创新效率具有抑制作用。基于研究结论,对提高建筑业企业科技创新效率提出4条对策建议。The article uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)method to measure the technological innovation efficiency of 25 listed construction companies during the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period from static and dynamic perspectives,and uses Tobit regression model to explore the factors that affect the technological innovation of construction enterprises.The research found:the progress of technological innovation efficiency benefits from the increase of technological progress,and its regression is affected by the decrease of pure technical efficiency;private enterprises differ from state-owned enterprises in technological innovation efficiency;the scale of enterprises and tax burdens promote the technological innovation efficiency,and government subsidies have a restraining effect on the technological innovation efficiency.In view of the above conclusions,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for improving the technological innovation efficiency of construction enterprises.
