摘 要:针对矿灯照明角度和照明均匀性难以兼得的行业现状,基于LED光源的发光特性及煤矿井下工况的照明需求,设计了一款阶梯型反光杯;使用TracePro进行仿真模拟,仿真结果表明通过该反光杯二次配光后,光源能量得到重新分配,能够同时获得较远的中心射程、较广的照明范围及主要照明区域的均匀性;提出了将图像识别技术应用于照明均匀度的分析的思想,并通过MATLAB编写相关程序对所设计的反光杯进行实际验证。结果表明,采用阶梯型反光杯的矿灯照明均匀度可达82.17%,相比常见的深光杯和浅光杯提升了约10个百分点。A stepped reflective cup is designed to improve the industry situation that it is difficult to have both lighting angle and lighting uniformity of miner’s lamp.The luminous characteristics of LED light source and the lighting requirements of underground working conditions of coal mine are considered in the design.The simulation is carried out with TracePro.The simulation results show that after the secondary light distribution through the reflective cup,the light source energy is redistributed,and the far central range,wide illumination range and the uniformity of main illumination areas can be obtained at the same time.The idea of applying image recognition technology to analyze lighting uniformity is proposed for the first time,and the designed reflective cup is verified by compiling relevant programs in MATLAB.The results show that the lighting uniformity of miner’s lamp using stepped reflective cup can reach 82.17%,which is about 10 percentage points higher than that of common deep light cup and shallow light cup.
