摘  要:针对沙吉海煤矿B10煤层工作面末采期间矿压显现剧烈、回撤期间顶板维护效果欠佳的问题,通过现场实测、数值模拟、理论分析等方法进行了系统研究。通过顶板钻孔窥视掌握了回撤通道顶板结构及裂隙发育情况;建立了回撤空间FLAC^(3D)数值模型,对比分析了预掘单回撤通道和自掘回撤通道2种方案下的围岩应力分布和塑性区演化规律;提出了回撤空间大破裂深度顶板层次控制原理,形成了以中长锚索为主导的回撤空间顶板层次控制方法,基于此进行了B1003W03工作面回撤通道顶板支护方案设计及围岩表面位移监测。结果表明:相较于预掘单回撤通道布置形式,自掘回撤通道形式下回撤空间围岩支承应力分布及塑性破坏范围均得到改善,设计支护方案可对浅部-中部-深部层位顶板进行有效针对性控制,监测数据显示回撤通道变形量较小,支护效果良好。Aiming at the problems of severe ground pressure behavior during final mining and poor roof maintenance effect in B10coal face of Shajihai Coal Mine, a systematic study was carried out by means of field measurement, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The roof structure and crack development of the withdrawal channel were mastered through the roof drilling peep.The FLAC^(3D) numerical model of withdrawal channel was established, and the stress distribution and plastic zone evolution law of surrounding rock in withdrawal space were compared and analyzed under the two schemes of pre-excavation single withdrawal channel and self-excavation withdrawal channel. The roof hierarchical control principle of large fracture depth in withdrawal space was proposed, and a roof hierarchical control method dominated by medium and long anchor cables was formed. Based on this, the roof support scheme design of withdrawal channel in B1003W03 working face and the surface displacement monitoring of surrounding rock were carried out. The results show that compared with the layout of pre-excavation single withdrawal channel, the supporting stress distribution and plastic failure range of surrounding rock in the withdrawal space under the form of self-excavation withdrawal channel have been improved. The design of support scheme can effectively control the roof of shallow-middle-deep layer. The monitoring data show that the withdrawal channel deformation is small and the support effect is good.
