摘  要:目的探讨外用复方黄连膏对小鼠银屑病模型的治疗效果及对白细胞介素9(IL-9)和血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法采用涂抹咪喹莫特乳膏联合腹腔注射重组人干扰素α-2a注射液建立小鼠银屑病模型,小鼠分组:对照组,空白组,模型组,复方黄连膏低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,各组给予相对应的处理。涂抹药膏8 d,以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对各组小鼠IL-9和IFN-γ含量进行测定。结果各组IL-9、IFN-γ因子含量与空白组比较均有明显差异(P<0.05);药物治疗后的各组IL-9、IFN-γ含量低于模型组(P<0.05);对照组和复方黄连膏中剂量组、低剂量组IL-9、IFN-γ含量无明显差异(P>0.05);复方黄连膏高剂量组IL-9、IFN-γ因子含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方黄连膏高剂量组对小鼠银屑病模型治疗效果最佳,其机制可能与降低IL-9、IFN-γ含量有关。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Compound Huanglian Ointment(复方黄连膏)on psoriasis models in mice and the effects on IL-9 and IFN-γ.Methods The mice psoriasis models were established by applying imiquimod cream and intraperitoneal injection of recombinant human interferonα-2a.The mice were divided into blank group,model group,control group,low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group of Compound Huanglian Ointment,and each group was given corresponding treatment.The medicated creams were applied for 8 days,and the contents of IL-9 and IFN-γfactors in each group of mice were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The contents of IL-9 and IFN-γfactors in each group were significantly different from those in the blank group(P<0.05),the contents of IL-9 and IFN-γfactors in the treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),the contents of IL-9 and IFN-γfactors in the low-dose group,middle-dose group of Compound Huanglian Ointment,and control group were not significantly different(P>0.05),and the contents of IL-9 and IFN-γfactors in the high-dose group of Compound Huanglian Ointment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-dose group of Compound Huanglian Ointment showed the best therapeutic effect on mice psoriasis models,and the mechanisms may be related to the reduction of IL-9 and IFN-γfactor contents.
