摘　　要：近年冠心病合并高血压发病率逐年上升,各学派医家多从五脏论治冠心病或高血压病,中医论治冠心病合并高血压病体系尚未成熟,因此探究其病因病机及辨证论治尤为重要。冠心病属中医“胸痹”范畴,病因多与寒邪内侵、饮食不当、情志失调、年迈体虚等有关,病机阳微阴弦,乃本虚标实之证。高血压病与其病因相似,且有“无风、痰、虚、瘀不作眩”之说,多虚实夹杂。因而冠心病合并高血压病亦虚实相兼为病,外邪侵袭或劳倦内伤均离不开人体五脏,中医强调整体观念,对于其治疗可从人体五脏出发扶正祛邪,文章旨在探究以活血化瘀、益气养心,疏肝理气、活血通络,健脾祛湿、祛痰宣痹,温肺化痰、益气调心,温肾滋阴、填精益髓等为基本治则,标本兼顾,行之有效,为临床治疗此病提供借鉴。In recent years,the incidence rate of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension has been increasing year by year.Physicians of various schools mostly treat coronary heart disease or hypertension based on the theory of five internal organs.The TCM treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension is not yet mature.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore its etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation.Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of“chest obstruction”in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology is mostly related to the internal invasion of cold pathogens,improper diet,emotional disorder and aging,which is the evidence of the deficiency of the original and the real.Hypertension is similar to its etiology,and it is said that“there is no wind,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis without dizziness”,which is mostly mixed with deficiency and excess.Therefore,coronary heart disease combined with hypertension is a disease of both deficiency and reality.External evil invasion or fatigue and internal injury are inseparable from the five internal organs of the human body.TCM emphasizes the overall concept,and the treatment can start from the five internal organs of the human body to strengthen the body and eliminate the evil.This article aims to explore the use of activating blood to remove blood stasis,replenishing Qi and nourishing the heart,soothing the liver and regulating Qi,promoting blood circulation and collaterals,invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness,eliminating phlegm and numbness,warming the lungs and resolving phlegm,replenishing Qi and regulating heart,warming the kidneys,nourishing Yin,filling essence and nourishing marrow and preserve it as the basic rule.Both specimens may be effective to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Specimen consideration may be effective and provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
