颈夹脊穴治疗颈型高血压病研究进展

摘　　要：颈型高血压病是临床上一种常见的继发性高血压病,具有发病率高、发病机制未明等特点,近年来众学者对其关注度越来越高。目前,口服降压药治疗是西医对该疾病的主要治疗方案,中医多采用中药、针灸、推拿、穴位埋线、穴位注射等方式对其进行治疗。颈夹脊穴属中医学中的经外奇穴,是临床上治疗该疾病的常用穴位,颈夹脊穴治疗颈型高血压病具有治疗方式多样、治疗效果显著等特点。文章结合中医学理论基础与现代研究分别对颈夹脊穴的定位及其主治特点、颈夹脊穴治疗颈型高血压病的作用机制与临床应用进行了整理、分类与总结,并提出了现今颈夹脊穴治疗颈型高血压病临床及实验研究中所存在的问题。旨在给这一治疗方法提供可靠的理论依据,为以后学者对此疗法的进一步研究与应用提供参考。Cervical hypertension is common secondary hypertension.It is characterized by high clinical incidence and unknown pathogenesis.Many scholars for its attention to rising in recent years.At present,Western medicine antihypertensive drugs are often used to treat the disease.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treats the disease with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,massage,acupuncture point bury line,point injection,and so on.Chinese medicine in the outside of the strange cervical Jiaji(EX-B2)is common points for clinical treatment of the disease.The treatment has the characteristic such as diversity of treatment,the treatment effect is remarkable.Respectively in this paper,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research of cervical Jiaji(EX-B2)positioning and its chief characteristics,cervical Jiaji(EX-B2)treatment cervical hypertension the mechanism of action and clinical application,classification,and summary.And the problems existing in clinical and experimental treatment were also put forward.Aimed to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of later scholars to provide a reference for further research and application of this therapy.
