习近平经济思想与马克思主义狭义和广义政治经济学发展  

Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought and Development of Marxist Political Economics in the Narrow and Broad Senses

摘　　要：“政治经济学本质上是一门历史的科学”,是恩格斯对“广义的”和“狭义的”政治经济学划分的立论基础。在21世纪马克思主义政治经济学整体意义上,习近平经济思想的理论创新和理论创造,一是体现在中国特色社会主义政治经济学上,这是21世纪马克思主义狭义政治经济学的发展和创新;二是体现在当代资本主义广义政治经济学的拓新上,特别是体现在人类命运共同体广义政治经济学的创造性研究上。以经济全球化为背景的“共同体”内异质经济关系和经济制度并存格局的形成,对马克思主义广义政治经济学发展提出了新的要求。党的十八大以来,习近平经济思想从多方面推进了21世纪马克思主义广义政治经济学的新发展,特别是对以异质经济关系为基本格局的人类命运共同体政治经济学作出原创性贡献。“Political economics is esentally a historical science”,which is the argument foundation for Engels's division of political economics in the,"broad"and“narrow”senses.In terms of the overall significance of Marxist political economics in the 21st century,the theoretical innovation and theoretical creation of Xi Jinping's economic thought is firsly reflected in the socialist poltical economics with Chinese characteristics,which is the development and innovation of Marxist political economics in a narrow sense in the 21st century;and secondly reflected in the exploration and innovation of of political economics in a broad sense of contemporary capialism,especially in the creative rescarch on the political economics in a broad sense of the community with a shared future for mankind.The formation of the pattern of coexistence of heterogeneous economic relations and economic systems in the"community,"under the background of economic globalization raises new requirements for the development of Marxist political economics in a broad sense.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping's economic thought has promoted new development of Marxist political economics in a broad sense in the 21st century in many ways,especially as an original contribution to the political economics of a community of shared future for mankind with heterogeneous economic relations as the basic pattern.
