摘 要:通过液相浸渍法改性取代材料表面的亲水性硅羟基,形成表面具有疏水性硅甲基的石英纤维复合材料,通过调整反应时间及对防潮性能的分析,确定了最佳工艺。并对其高温无氧条件下的残碳对材料介电性能的影响进行了研究。利用红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对材料进行了表征,采用短路波导法对材料Ku波段的介电性能进行数据分析。研究结果表明,改性后的石英纤维复合材料具有优异的防潮性能,吸潮率从改性前的6%降低至0.4%以下,且改性后材料在不高于1400℃的高温无氧条件下的介电常数变化小于0.05,损耗角正切小于0.008。Hydrophilic Si-OH was replaced by hydrophobic Si-CHon SiO/SiOsurface by liquid impregnation modification method to improve its moisture resistance. The least moisture absorption sample was obtained when SiO/SiOwas treated at 24 h, and the influence of residual carbon by high temperature anaerobic condition on its dielectric properties was analyzed. The obtained sample was characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy analyses, Scanning electron microscopy analyses, and short circuited waveguide analyses. The research result confirm that the obtained sample has excellent moisture resistance, moisture absorption reduced from about 6% to less than 0.4%, and its dielectric constant varied in the range of less than 0.05, the value of loss tangent is below 0.008.
