摘 要:本文针对树脂基碳纤维复合材料在缠绕工艺中纤维断丝起毛问题,结合碳纤维的性能特点,分析了传统缠绕设备中导纱机构存在的不足,设计了滚动导纱辊机构取代原导纱杆机构。并对滚动导纱辊的设计原理、结构形式、特点与应用进行了分析说明。同时将滚动导纱辊应用于缠绕设备,显著改善了碳纤维缠绕中纤维断丝起毛现象,减轻了导纱机构对碳纤维的损伤,取得了良好效果,并简要分析了滚动导纱辊的适用性和应用前景。Aiming at the problem of fiber breakage and fuzzing in the winding process of resin based carbon fiber composites,combined with the performance characteristics of carbon fiber,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the yarn guide mechanism in the traditional winding equipment,and designs a rolling yarn guide roller mechanism to replace the original yarn guide rod mechanism.The design principle,structural form,characteristics and application of rolling yarn guide roller are analyzed and explained.At the same time,the rolling yarn guide roller is applied to the winding equipment,which significantly improves the fiber breaking and fuzzing phenomenon in carbon fiber winding,reduces the damage of the yarn guide mechanism to the carbon fiber,and achieves good results.The applicability and application prospect of the rolling yarn guide roller are briefly analyzed.
