摘　　要：在西班牙国际发展合作署和西班牙国家公园自治机构的支持下,保护区正在开展生态系统重重建项目。经由该项目,植树造林及社区发展事业取得了成功,使得人们在生活条件得以改善的同时,本地特有的松树和鸟类(如黑顶圆尾辑)也得到了保护。In the La Selle Biosphere Reserve,with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation(AECID)and the Autonomous Organism of National Parks of Spain(OAPN),the Ecosystem Restoration programme is being implemented in Haiti and with it,a successful reforestation and community inclusion project,in which people improve their living conditions while af the same fime protecling endemic species of pine and birds such as the Blackcapped Petrel(Perodroma hasilala).
