摘  要:以聚己内酯(PCL)为增韧相,分别以多元环氧低聚物(ADR)和赖氨酸二异氰酸酯(LDI)为增容剂对聚乳酸(PLA)进行增韧,制备反应增容PLA/PCL共混物。对各反应增容样品进行等温退火处理。结果表明:当PCL含量为20%,以ADR为增容剂,ADR含量为0.5%时增韧效果达到最佳,样品冲击强度达到50.7 kJ/m^(2),断裂伸长率为206.7%;以LDI为增容剂,LDI含量为1.5%时增韧效果最优,样品冲击强度达到55.4 k J/m^(2),断裂伸长率为143.5%。虽然L80A0.50C20和L80I1.5C20共混物在PLA结晶完全时冲击强度较未退火样品有所下降,分别为41.7 kJ/m^(2)和45.3 kJ/m^(2),但仍处于较高水平。退火使样品在80~100℃时仍旧具有较高的模量,韧性得到提高且具有较好的耐热性。Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)was toughened by polycaprolactone(PCL)as the toughening phase,and polyepoxy oligomer(ADR)and lysine diisocyanate(LDI)as compatibilizer to prepare reactive compatibilized PLA/PCL blends.The reaction compatibilized samples are treated by isothermal annealing.The results show that when the content of PCL is20%and ADR is used as compatibilizer,the toughening effect is the best when the ADR content is 0.5%.The impact strength of the sample reaches 50.7 kJ/m^(2)and the elongation at break is 206.7%.When LDI is used as compatibilizer,the toughening effect is the best when the LDI content is 1.5%,and the impact strength of the sample reaches 55.4 kJ/m^(2),and the elongation at break is 143.5%.Although the impact strength of L80A0.50C20 and L80I1.5C20 blends decrease to 41.7 k J/m^(2) and 45.3 k J/m^(2),respectively,compared with that of the unannealed samples when the PLA crystallization is complete,they are still at a high level.After annealing,the sample still has high modulus at 80~100℃,improves toughness and has better heat resistance.
