摘  要:通过球磨、超声对六方氮化硼(h-BN)进行剥离预处理得到Y-BN,在水热条件下接枝十八胺(ODA),制备改性氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs-ODA)。以BNNSs-ODA为助剂,以聚苯硫醚(PPS)为基体,通过熔融共混制备PPS/BNNSs-ODA纳米复合材料,对其结构与性能进行研究。结果表明:当BNNSs-ODA添加量为0.3%,PPS2的拉伸强度和冲击强度较纯PPS分别提高33.48%和300.41%,PPS2冲击断面表现明显的韧性断裂特征。PPS2在质量损失率为50%时对应的温度比PPS0提高18.01℃,PPS2的热稳定性明显提高。相较PPS0,PPS2的最大放热温度从526.7℃提高至530.3℃。PPS2的热导率和热扩散率均大于PPS0,导热性能提高。PPS2结晶温度提高,过冷度大幅降低。在剪切场的作用下,BN的异相成核作用得到强化,显著提高PPS的结晶速率。Y-BN was prepared by ball milling and ultrasonic exfoliation pretreatment of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN).Modified boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs-ODA) were prepared by grafting octadecylamine(ODA) under hydrothermal conditions. PPS/BNNSs-ODA nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending with BNNSs-ODA as auxiliary and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) as matrix, and structures and properties of PPS/BNNSs-ODA were studied. The results show that when the addition amount of BNNSs-ODA is 0. 3%, the tensile strength and impact strength of PPS2 are increased by33. 48% and 300. 41% compared with those of pure PPS, respectively, and the impact fracture surface of PPS2 exhibits obvious ductile fracture characteristics. When the mass loss rate of PPS2 is 50%, the corresponding temperature is18. 01 ℃ higher than that of PPS0, and the thermal stability of PPS2 is significantly improved. Compared with PPS0, the maximum exothermic temperature of PPS2 is increased from 526. 7 ℃ to 530. 3 ℃. The thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of PPS2 are higher than PPS0. The crystallization temperature of PPS2 increases, and the undercooling of PPS2decreases significantly. Under the action of shear field, the heterogeneous nucleation of BN is strengthened, which significantly increases the crystallization rate of PPS.
