摘  要:采用两种不同熔体流动速率(MFR)的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)共混,制备UHMWPE/LLDPE共混物。通过MFR、高压毛细管、SEM等分析UHMWPE/LLDPE共混物的加工流动性。结果表明:LLDPE能够在一定限度上解开UHMWPE内部缠结,提高UHMWPE的加工流动性,并且高MFR的LLDPE对UHMWPE的解缠结效果更好。随着LLDPE-2320含量的增加,共混物的屈服强度降低程度小,而断裂伸长率均超过800%。当LLDPE-2320添加量为10%,共混物屈服强度下降不明显,但断裂伸长率为812%。UHMWPE/LLDPE blends were prepared by blending linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) with two different melt flow rates(MFR) and ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE). The processing fluidity of UHMWPE/LLDPE blends was analyzed by MFR, high pressure capillary and SEM. The results show that LLDPE can unwrap the internal entanglement of UHMWPE to a certain extent, improve the processing fluidity of UHMWPE, and LLDPE with high MFR has better unwrapping effect on UHMWPE. With the increasing of LLDPE-2320 content with high MFR, the yield strength of the blends decrease slightly, while the elongation at break exceed 800%. When the addition of LLDPE-2320 is 10%, the yield strength of the blend does not decrease significantly, but the elongation at break is 812%.
