摘  要:采用锥形量热仪研究热辐射通量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)板材燃烧特性的影响,并通过水滑石(HT)对PVC进行改性处理,分析HT对PVC阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:随着热辐射通量的增大,PVC的热释放速率平均值(HRRav)和热释放速率峰值(p HRR)显著增大,并与热辐射通量呈线性正相关。PVC的点燃时间(t_(ig))、达到p HRR时间(t_(p))和熄灭时间(t_(ex))均随热辐射通量的增加而显著下降,且t_(ig)-0.5、t_(p)^(-0.5)和t_(ex)^(-0.5)与热辐射通量均呈线性正相关。随着热辐射通量的增大,PVC达到CO和CO_(2)释放峰值的时间提前,释放量明显上升;总释放热和比消光面积缓慢升高。采用HT改性处理,能够较显著提升PVC板材的阻燃性能。The effect of heat radiation flux on the combustion characteristics of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)sheet was studied by cone calorimeter,and PVC was modified by hydrotalcite(HT)to analyze the effect of HT on the flame retardancy of PVC.The results show that the average heat release rate(HRRav)and peak heat release rate(p HRR)of PVC increase significantly with the increase of heat radiation flux,and are linearly and positively correlated with heat radiation flux.The ignition time(t_(ig)),the time to reach p HRR(t_(p))and the time to extinguish(t_(ex))decrease significantly with the increasing of the heat radiation flux.The t_(ig)^(-0.5),t_(p)-0.5,t_(ex)^(-0.5)show linear positive correlation with heat radiation flux.With the increasing of heat radiation flux,the times for PVC to reach the emission peak values of CO and CO_(2)are advanced,and the release amounts are significantly increased.Total heat release and specific extinction area increase slowly.HT modification can significantly improve the flame retardancy of PVC sheets.
