摘 要:为探究南疆地区盐渍土环境下,聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维混凝土的抗盐冻性能,将不同体积掺量的PVA纤维掺入混凝土(C30)中,在不同浓度复合盐溶液(NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4))侵蚀与冻融循环耦合作用下,对PVA纤维混凝土进行腐蚀劣化实验。结果表明:PVA纤维的掺入抑制试件内部微裂缝的扩展速度,延缓自由水的结冰速率,提高混凝土的抗盐冻性能。随着复合盐溶液浓度的增大,PVA纤维体积掺量与混凝土的抗盐冻性能呈正相关。PVA纤维掺量为0.3%时,试件的耐久性能最好。PVA纤维的掺入延缓混凝土内部腐蚀产物的生成速率,提高混凝土的抗开裂能力。研究成果可为PVA纤维混凝土在南疆地区实际工程中的应用提供参考。In order to explore the salt-freeze resistance of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fiber reinforced concrete in saline soil environment of southern Xinjiang, PVA fibers with different volume contents were mixed into concrete(C30). Under the coupling effect of corrosion and freeze-thaw cycles of composite salt solution with different concentrations(NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4)), the corrosion degradation experiment of PVA fiber reinforced concrete was carried out. The results show that the incorporation of PVA fiber inhibits the expansion rate of microcrack in the specimen, delays the freezing rate of free water,and improves the salt-freezing resistance of concrete. With the increasing of composite salt solution concentration, the volume content of PVA fiber is positively correlated with the salt-freezing resistance of concrete. When the PVA fiber content is 0.3%, the durability of the specimen is the best. The incorporation of PVA fiber delays the formation rate of corrosion products in concrete and improves the cracking resistance of concrete. The research results can provide reference for the application of PVA fiber concrete in practical engineering in southern Xinjiang.
