摘  要:支化聚乳酸因具有独特的结构和性能,在生物医学和医药等领域得到广泛关注,具有潜在的应用前景。聚乳酸是一种应用较广泛的可降解热塑性聚合物,来自天然产物,是有潜力成为石油基生物医用聚合物的替代材料之一。为了改善聚乳酸材料的性能,研究者提出聚乳酸的支化结构。文章介绍支化聚乳酸的结构及性能,简述星型聚乳酸、接枝或梳状聚乳酸以及超支化和长链聚乳酸的合成方法,论述支化聚乳酸在药物封装、药物递送、生物医学材料和体内外细胞毒性等方面的应用研究进展,对支化聚乳酸材料研究发展方向进行展望。Branched polylactic acid has attracted extensive attention in fields of biomedicine and medicine due to its unique structure and properties, and has potential application prospects. Polylactic acid is a widely used degradable thermoplastic polymer, which is derived from natural products and has the potential to become one of the alternative materials for petroleum-based biomedical polymers. In order to improve the properties of polylactic acid materials,researchers proposed a branched structure of polylactic acid. The structure and properties of branched polylactic acid are introduced, the synthesis methods of star polylactic acid, grafted or comb polylactic acid, and hyperbranched and longchain polylactic acid are briefly described, and the application research progress of branched polylactic acid in drug encapsulation, drug delivery, biomedical materials, and in vitro and in vivo cytotoxicity are discussed, and the prospect of the research and development direction of branched polylactic acid materials is proposed.
