摘  要:吸水树脂具有优异的吸水性能和保水性能,可以吸附和捕捉金属离子和染料离子,在处理工业废水方面具有较好的发展潜力。但由于吸水树脂存在吸附量小,对染料的选择性差,吸附树脂结构被破坏等缺点,限制吸水树脂的发展。文章主要对改性吸水树脂在染料吸附领域的研究进行概述。介绍吸水树脂的吸附机理,探讨吸附时间、吸水树脂粒径尺寸、pH值、吸附温度及染料分子种类对吸水树脂吸附量的影响,介绍提高吸附性能的改进方法,对吸水树脂在染料吸附领域的具体应用进行阐述。指出通过简化制备工艺流程降低聚合成本,将吸水树脂有效应用于工业领域,是吸水树脂未来的重点研究方向。Water absorbent resin has excellent water absorption and water retention properties, which can adsorb and capture metal ions and dye ions, and has good development potential in the treatment of industrial wastewater. However,the development of absorbent resin is limited due to the shortcomings of absorbent resin, such as small adsorption capacity, poor selectivity to dyes and destruction of the structure of absorbent resin. The research of modified absorbent resin in the field of dye adsorption is summarized. The adsorption mechanism of absorbent resin is introduced. The effects of adsorption time, particle size, pH value, adsorption temperature and dye molecular types on the adsorption capacity of absorbent resin are discussed. The improvement methods to improve the adsorption performance are introduced. The specific application of absorbent resin in the field of dye adsorption is expounded. It is pointed out that reducing the polymerization cost by simplifying the preparation process and effectively applying the absorbent resin to the industrial field are the key research directions of the absorbent resin in the future.
