摘　　要：针对复杂煤岩层顶板高位孔定向钻进技术难题,提出复合强排渣定向钻进工艺,设计了以泥浆脉冲随钻测量系统与三棱螺旋钻杆为核心的强排渣定向钻具组合,分析了三棱螺旋钻杆强排渣技术原理,形成了复合强排渣定向钻进成套装备。在王坡煤矿3314采煤工作面进行了应用研究,结果表明:在以泥岩为代表的复杂顶板岩层中,完成顶板高位定向钻孔6个,成孔率达到100%,最大钻孔深度500m,日平均进尺不低于70m,累计定向钻孔进尺2325m,钻孔成孔效率与成孔率较常规定向钻进工艺大幅提升。为利用顶板高位定向长钻孔代替高抽巷进行工作面及采空区瓦斯抽采治理、保障采煤工作面的安全高效生产提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the technical problem of directional drilling of high-level hole in complex coal seam roof, a composite strong slag discharge directional drilling technology is proposed, a strong slag discharge directional BHA with mud pulse while drilling measurement system and triangular spiral drill pipe as the core is designed, the principle of strong slag discharge technology of triangular spiral drill pipe is analyzed, and a complete set of composite strong slag discharge directional drilling equipment is formed. The application test was carried out in 3314 coal face of Wangpo Coal Mine. In the complex roof strata represented by mudstone, 6 high-level directional boreholes were completed, the hole forming rate was 100%, the maximum drilling depth was 500 m, the average daily footage was more than 70 m, and the cumulative drilling footage was 2325 m. The drilling efficiency and hole forming rate were greatly improved compared with the conventional directional drilling process. It provides a technical guarantee for gas extraction in working face and goaf with high-level directional long drilling in the roof instead of high position extraction roadway, and supports the safe and efficient production of the coal face.
