摘　　要：针对沁水盆地东南部赵庄矿区煤层地质构造特征,为解决煤层气水平井沿3煤层硬分层水平优快钻进、造斜段安全着陆、水平段井眼轨迹控制、煤层井壁防塌及固完井等问题,通过理论分析和实践经验,形成了以煤层气水平井二开井身结构设计、无导眼精准着陆、井眼轨迹精细控制、钻井液优化及分级箍固完井的成套技术体系。通过实钻验证,有效解决了煤层气水平井沿煤层硬分层水平钻进诸多问题,缩短了施工周期、降低了作业风险。研究成果对于开发3^(#)煤层软-硬分层煤层气水平井钻井提供了技术指导,对该区域煤层气的高效开发具有参考意义。According to the geological structure characteristics of Zhaozhuang 3coal seam in the southeast of Qinshui Basin, in order to solve the problems of high-speed horizontal drilling of coalbed methane horizontal well along 3coal seam hard stratification, safe landing in deviation section, well trajectory control in horizontal section, collapse prevention of coal seam shaft wall, cementing and well completion, etc., through theoretical analysis and practical experience, a complete set of technical system was formed based on the structural design of the second spud in coalbed methane horizontal well, accurate landing without pilot hole, fine control of well trajectory, drilling fluid optimization and staged hoop completion. Through the actual drilling verification, many problems of horizontal drilling of coalbed methane horizontal well along the hard stratification of coal seam are effectively solved, the construction cycle is shortened and the operation risk is reduced. The research results provide technical guidance for developing 3^(#)soft hard layered and coalbed methane well drilling, and have reference significance for the efficient development of coalbed methane in this area.
