摘　　要：城郊煤矿21109主运输巷道里段属于实体煤巷道,地质条件简单、从掘进到回采时间跨度短,具备无立柱超前支护技术试验条件。通过悬吊理论计算、现场拉拔力检测、加强施工质量管理等方法保障工业性试验;采取顶板离层和围岩变形监测、钻孔裂隙窥视等技术手段检验实施效果。实践表明:特定条件下,回采前采用普通锚索梁加固的无立柱超前支护工艺能够完全替代单体支柱、超前支架等立柱式超前支护工艺;其承载能力能够有效抵抗初采初放期间的采动影响,保证了回采期间的巷道顶板安全,极大解放了作业空间且优化了采煤作业流程。The inner section of 21109 main transportation roadway is excavated in solid coal, the geological conditions are simple, the time span from excavation to mining is short, which meets the test conditions for advance support without hydraulic prop. The industrial test is guaranteed by means of suspension theoretical calculation, on-site drawing force detection and strengthening construction quality management;technical means such as roof separation and surrounding rock deformation monitoring, borehole crack peeping are adopted to check the effect. The practice shows that under specific conditions, the support technology strengthened by ordinary anchor cable beam before mining can completely replace the advance support technology such as single prop and advance hydraulic support;its bearing capacity can resist the mining influence during initial mining, the safety of roadway roof is ensured, the working space is greatly liberated and the coal mining operation process is optimized.
