摘 要:直覆厚硬顶板进行预裂切顶成功与否是工作面安全开采的关键,以顾北矿13121^(上)工作面为研究背景,结合理论分析直覆厚硬顶板初次破断及周期破断步距,提出顶板预裂切顶方案,利用FLAC^(3D)软件对厚硬顶板切顶效果进行验证,对比切顶前后厚硬顶板位移规律及工作面超前支承应力的变化特征。结果显示:预裂切顶可以有效改善硬厚顶板直覆工作面工作环境,切顶后,工作面超前支承应力峰值降低28.39%,超前影响范围缩减了37%,顶板垮落压实步距缩短了43.53%,超前支承应力峰值位置向深部转移,预裂切顶对厚硬顶板直覆工作面矿压控制起到了积极作用,对工作面超前支护设计具有借鉴意义。Successful pre-splitting of thick hard sandstone straight overlying roof is the key to working face mining, taking 13121 upper working face of Gubei Mine as the research background, through theoretical analysis of the initial and periodic breaking intervals of thick and hard straight roof, the roof pre-splitting cutting scheme is proposed, and FLAC^(3D) software is used to verify the cutting effect of thick and hard roof. The displacement law of thick and hard roof and the variation characteristics of advance supporting stress of working face before and after cutting roof are compared. The results show: pre-splitting roof cutting can effectively improve the working environment of the straight overlying hard thick roof. After the roof cutting, the peak advance abutment pressure of the working face is reduced by 28.39%, the advance influence range is reduced by 37%, the interval of roof collapse and compaction is shortened by 43.53%, and the position of the peak abutment pressure shifts to the deep. The pre-split roof cutting plays a positive role in the mine pressure control of the working face with straight overlaying thick and hard roof, which has reference significance for the design of working face advance support.
