肿痛擦剂应用于老年髋部骨折消肿止痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察肿痛擦剂应用于老年髋部骨折消肿止痛的临床疗效。方法选择潍坊市中医院骨科2019年4月~2020年4月收治的老年髋部骨折住院患者60例,随机分为肿痛擦剂组30例与对照组30例。所有患者入院后患肢抬高、伤肢持续皮肤牵引、常规抗凝,持续冷敷并静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠,肿痛擦剂组局部涂擦肿痛擦剂,每8h涂擦1次;对照组局部无任何外用药物。入院后对患者进行VAS疼痛评分、WBC、ESR及CRP检测,记录患者每天髋关节周径变化。结果入院后第3天肿痛擦剂组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组WBC、ESR、CRP低于对照组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组的髋部肿胀幅度小于对照组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组受伤至手术时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肿痛擦剂能有效缓解老年髋部骨折肿胀、减轻疼痛及炎症反应、缩短手术等待时间。Objective To investigate the clinical study on the application of Zhongtong liniment in detumescence and Analgesia of senile hip fracture.Methods Sixty elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of Weifang Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases of swelling and pain liniment group and 30 cases of control group.All patients were admitted to the hospital with the affected limb elevated,continuous skin traction on the injured limb,routine anticoagulation,continuous cold compress and intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate.Topical application of swelling and pain liniment for the swelling and pain liniment group,once every 8 h.There was no external medication in the control group.After admission,VAS pain score,WBC,ESR and CRP were measured,and the changes of hip circumference were recorded.Results On the 3 rd day after admission,the VAS pain score of the group treated with Zhongtong liniment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the WBC,ESR and CRP of the group treated with Zhongtong liniment were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the swelling extent of the hip in the group treated with Zhongtong liniment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time from injury to operation was shorter in the group of Zhongtong liniment than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhongtong liniment can effectively relieve the swelling,pain and inflammation,and shorten the waiting time of operation.
