摘　　要：目的探讨髌骨内推法联合自制剂骨宁丸、玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节髌股关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月~2021年10月期间髌股关节炎患者64例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组32例。试验组采用髌骨内推法联合玻璃酸钠及本院自制剂骨宁丸联合治疗,对照组则只采用髌骨内推法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果加用玻璃酸钠及我院自制剂骨宁丸的治疗效果明显优于单纯采用髌骨内推法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后VAS评分、膝骨性关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评分及膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨内推联合玻璃酸钠及我院自制剂骨宁丸治疗髌股关节炎效果显著,可有效缓解患者症状,改善生活质量,临床可广泛应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of patellar internal push combined with self-made guning pill and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee patellofemoral arthritis.Methods Sixty-four patients with patellofemoral arthritis between January 2021 and October 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with patellar internal pushing method combined with sodium hyaluronate and guning pill which was made by our hospital,while the control group was only treated with patellar internal pushing method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The combination of the sodium hyaluronate and guning pill which was made by our hospital was significantly more effective than the patellar internal thrust method alone.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,ISOA score and Lysholm score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion patellar push combined with sodium hyaluronate and guning pill,a self-made agent in our hospital,is effective in the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis.It can effectively alleviate patients’symptoms and improve their quality of life,and can be widely used clinically.
