甲宁胶囊联合甲巯咪唑片治疗Graves病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲宁胶囊治疗气阴两虚、痰火挟瘀型Graves病的疗效及对甲状腺激素水平、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、中医证候积分的影响。方法选取符合气阴两虚、痰火挟瘀型Graves病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规剂量甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组给予甲宁胶囊联合小剂量甲巯咪唑治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、甲状腺激素、TRAb及中医证候积分的变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者临床疗效总有效率(92.5%)高于对照组(82.5%)(P<0.05);在降低TRAb方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),改善中医证候积分方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲宁胶囊联合甲巯咪唑能有效改善Graves病患者甲状腺功能及降低TRAb滴度,提高整体疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianing Capsule on Graves’disease with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,phlegm and fire combined with blood stasis,and its effect on thyroid hormone level,TRAb and TCM symptom score.Methods From january 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with Graves’disease of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and phlegm fire with blood stasis were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional dose of methimazole,and the observation group was treated with Jianning capsule combined with small dose of methimazole.The clinical efficacy,changes of thyroid hormone,TRAb and TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group(92.5%)was higher than that in the control group(82.5%)(P<0.05);In reducing TRAb,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),in improving TCM syndrome score,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianing capsule combined with methimazole can effectively improve thyroid function,reduce TRAb titer,improve TCM syndrome score and improve the overall curative effect in patients with Graves’disease.
